Country Wheat

Made up of fresh milled whole wheat flour from our family farm. We mill the wheat at 85% extraction meaning, 15% of the bran and some semolina is sifted out.  A perfect everyday loaf.

Ingredients: stoneground whole wheat flour, water, natural leaven, salt.
