Description
Previously known as the 40% whole wheat, this loaf is made up of fresh milled whole wheat flour from our family farm. We mill the wheat at 85% extraction meaning, 15% of the bran some semolina is sifted out. A perfect everyday loaf that is a bit lighter than the 100% whole wheat loaf.
Ingredients: wheat flour, stoneground whole wheat flour, water, natural leaven, salt.
May contain traces of nuts and seeds.
