This loaf is made from 100% wholegrain wheat from the farm. It has a nutty flavour and heavy crumb, that will sustain you much longer throughout the day because of its fiber-dense bran, and the nutrient-rich germ.
Ingredients: stoneground whole wheat flour, water, leaven, salt.
