Danish style rye bread made with 100% wholegrain rye. Sustainably grown, chemical free, nutrient dense and fully traceable.
Please note, this loaf is best aged for a day to cure the crumb before slicing (but if you can’t wait please enjoy, it just might be a bit gummy, however still delicious! )
