Literally, bread that is paddock to plate. The wheat is grown on the family farm in Lameroo and is milled moments before mixing into the dough, where depending on the loaf, is then blended with other flours sourced from South Australia.
The Wholewheat Flour contains 100% of the whole wheat kernel, thus these breads contain the mineral rich bran and vitamin-E rich germ in their original proportions. The grain is milled daily, by grinding the grain slowly to preserve the vitamin and protein content and in turn allows the natural oils to shine in a creamy, fragrant, and nutritionally superior wholegrain flour, and loaf of bread.
For a Wednesday delivery, order by Monday midnight.
For a Friday Delivery, order by Wednesday midnight.
How the subscription works: Choose either 1 loaf delivered every Wednesday/Friday for 6 weeks, OR, choose 2 loaves to be delivered every Wednesday/Friday for 6 weeks. This Subscription is for the 40% whole-wheat or the 100% whole-wheat loaf only.

100% Whole Wheat Tin Loaf
100% stoneground wholegrain wheat sourdough weighing in at a hefty 1.2kg! This one has a nutty aroma with a sweet and moist crumb.

100% Whole Wheat Sourdough
This loaf is made from 100% wholegrain wheat. It has a nutty flavour and heavy crumb, that will sustain you much longer throughout the day because of its fiber-dense bran, and the nutrient rich germ that is within the wholegrain.

40% Whole Wheat Sourdough
40% of this loaf is made up of freshly milled whole wheat flour and the remaining 60% is high protein white wheat flour from the South Australian Laucke Flour Mill in Strathalbyn.
A perfect everyday loaf for sangas and toast.

Seasonal Fruit Sourdough
Apricot & Almond
A wholegrain wheat base with the addition of Riverland Apricots and Almonds.
Just slather with butter and or honey, or jazz up your cheese platters with this bread.
